Went here to celebrate my birthday and had a great experience! They were very accommodating, especially since I don't enjoy having "Happy Birthday" sung to me. Instead, they brought out a little dessert, which was a really thoughtful touch. I really like this hot pot/KBBQ spot because you can pick exactly what you want without constantly waiting on a server. The self-serve setup makes everything feel easy and efficient, and you can go at your own pace, which I love. The selection was also very broad with plenty of options for meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces, and sides, so it’s easy for everyone in your group to find something they like. It’s also a great spot for groups or celebrations because the experience is interactive and fun without feeling rushed. Overall, it’s a solid place for birthdays, group dinners, or just a casual night out where you want variety and control over your meal.

Amazing hot pot experience! The ingredients were very fresh, especially the seafood and meats. There was a great variety of options, and everything was well organized and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our meal. The quality of the food, service, and atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Great place for family and friends. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! 😊

This is the second time and location I’ve been to. Both times the raw meats/seafood were fresh and on point. The broth in my pot was great; I got the bone broth this time, forget what I got last time 😬 but I remember it being tasty as well. The only problem I’ve encountered, at both locations, is the serving staff are seemingly trained to rush you. Only after 10 minutes of receiving our broth and done cooking the first round of meats on the grill, the server came by to ask if we were done and tried to shut off the grill. Which for small tables maybe is acceptable, but we had a full group and I hadn’t even begun using the grill yet as it was full. So we declined obviously, I and another member of our table were able to finally utilize the grill. And after the first plate of only a few items each, he came back again (about 30 minutes after being seated) asking if we were done. We again declined as there were still small amounts of other items we wanted to try. After cooking the small second round (45 minutes after seating) He came by AGAIN, while there was literally food still on the grill.. At this point I started to get irritated. As he was more concerned with shutting off our gril

I was a bit skeptical at first because all the food seemed a little unappetizing in photos, but all the food, even the crab and ice cream, were very flavorful and delicious. Plates were readily available whenever you needed them, lots of napkins were provided, and there were really good options for soup bases. My only side note is that there are no indicators or charts for how long you should cook anything. I came with a friend who had never been to a hot pot before and would have been completely lost if I had not been previously familiar with cooking times, which is a little concerning especially since there's a lot of raw meat and fresh seafood (all of which were iced or refrigerated)Before you go in, I recommend familiarizing yourself with safe cooking times for shellfish and pork cuttings like intestines and pork belly, happy dining!

Place is clean and the whole family enjoyed it. The bbq was surprisingly good too. I'm glad they had snow crabs and it was pretty fresh too.
